About Thomas C. Grajek, Attorney at Law
I graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo (SUNY at Buffalo) with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. I then went on to attend the State University of New York’s School of Law graduating in 1993. I immediately passed both the New York and Florida Bar and was admitted to practice in both states in 1994.
Once I was admitted to the Florida bar I moved to Merritt Island, Florida where I began my career as an attorney practicing criminal defense. I worked for the Law Office of Daniel Ciener where the practice was committed 100% to the defense of criminal cases. After gaining valuable experience and knowledge about how to prepare and try a case from Mr. Ciener, I moved to the Tampa area and continued my legal career devoted to criminal defense.
I have dedicated my entire legal career to the area of criminal defense. I do not handle divorce or personal injury cases. I only represent arrested individuals in criminal defense cases. I am a member of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys and the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys. I also make it a point to stay abreast of the latest changes and case law by subscribing to the best case law publishing company. Therefore, I can use the latest changes and latest appellate decisions to benefit you and your case.
Please feel free to review my Recent Cases. I list cases even I lose because, even though my client may have been found guilty, I will have learned a wealth of information to use at my next trial. It also provides incentive to work even harder so I do not lose the next case. Finally, it gives you a better idea of what is involved in a criminal case and the experience I have that I am ready to put to work for you.
Please do not hesitate to contact me or set up an appointment. Thank you.
