DRUG COURT DIVERSION PROGRAM

If you are charged with a drug offense, I may be bale to get you into the drug court diversion  program.  This program "diverts" or "takes you out" of the court process.  This program has the advantage that if you successfully complete the diversion program ALL CHARGES WILL BE DROPPED against you.  This would them potentially expunge your arrest.  this program is available for both felony and misdemeanor drug charges.  Whether you are allowed into the program is at the discretion of the prosecutor, but I can fight for your entrance into thsi program.

The terms and conditions necessary for you to successfully complete the Polk County Drug Court Diversion Program is subject to change, but these are the general terms, costs, and conditions associated with the program.
